Microfacet Glass is a shader that simulates the appearance of a rough glass surface. It is mostly based on the GGX microsurface model published by Walter et. al at the Eurographics Symposium on Rendering in 2007. This means that compared to most of the other glass shaders, this one actually tries to physically and plausibly model the optical effect of a rough reflecting and refracting surface, including self occlusion and shadowing due to the individual micro facets.

Batzal Ghost shader allows you to fade out several objects or particle effects directly in one pass when rendering with mental ray. Instead of controlling the objects material transparency it allows you to control the opacity of the whole pass on the rendered image. This saves you the time and effort of rendering one image without the objects, one image with the objects and blending them together with a post processing software.
