The PhysX physics engine is available to use within Max without having to launch an external viewer. This tight coupling makes it possible to quickly test your models within a physics environment to ensure they are working as desired. You can watch all your viewports being updated as the physics simulation happens. Error feedback is immediate, details from the PhysX engine are fed back into the MAXScript Listener window.
The plugin supports the following PhysX SDKs: 2.7.3, 2.8.0 and 2.8.1

This modifier lets you deform one object with another. Apply the Object Deform modifier to the object that you want to be deformed. Create another object and animate it cross the surface the object. Then pick that object as your deform object. This will allow you to do effects like footprints in the snow, or dragging your finger in the sand.
