Richard Rosenman has released a new Photoshop plugin for creating advanced glow effects. Lumiere can produce specular blooms, flared highlights and diffused glows. Features such as gamma adjustment, saturation control, chromatic aberration, pixel noise capabilities and diffusion color tinting provide controls for generating realistic glow effects.
