2.15 pm Making the Most of Autodesk 3ds Max Design
Autodesk Application Specialist Jamie Gwilliam will focus on the recent productivity enhancements found in 3ds Max Design 2010, and how they can improve your existing visualisation workflow. Jamie will highlight those tools that can immediately impact your ongoing projects. Some of the areas explored will include hardware shading for pre-vis, mental ray proxy usage, xView mesh analyser toolset and the lighting analysis workflow. This session is designed for you to get the most out of your investment.
3.15 pm Managing complexity with Autodesk's Digital Entertainment Creation solutions
Autodesk Technical Manager, Kevin Booth, will show how Autodesk solutions can be used to help artists develop and manage complex, intelligent assets effortlessly. Kevin will work with Autodesk Mudbox and Autodesk 3ds Max to show how the artist-driven tools can be used to quickly develop realistic characters as efficiently as possible, and cover workflows that help you bring them to life.
