Side Effects announced the release of Houdini 10. Features include: high quality smoke and fire with Pyro FX, Interactive Photorealistic Rendering (IPR), ability to distribute fluid simulations over a network, improvements for making the software more artist-friendly, Stereoscopic 3D support, etc. A free learning edition as well as a watermark-free "starving artist" edition are available for download.
