Exotic Matter releases Naiad 0.6

Exotic Matter has released the latest version of their fluid simulation software 'Naiad' which now includes a release for Windows 7 users. You can download and install Naiad which comes with a 30 day trial. More at Exotic Matter.

Oh dear, too many temptations… I notice the price point came down a bit too still pricey for us soloist… but watch out RF…

EUR 4000,- (plus 19% VAT in germany) – per license. I think the message is crystal clear: no artists, no freelancers! This tool is for mid- or large studio structures. The rest can watch youtube videos and making-ofs on their page and dream about having it :(

max 2012 costs 5500€ plus 19%VAT! a huge price for freelance artists and its sometimes very frustrating to work with…the price for this simulation tool is a huge number…but if you have the same great support like you have from some Max plugin developers (Chaosgroup, Itoo, 3Dio…) its ok i think. The effects you can create with it are incrediple

Max 2012 currently is 3800€ plus 19% VAT – still enough money.
