Ruben Mayor has released some information on his upcoming script maxNuke which will allow you to access Nuke directly in the 3DS Max viewport. More info at Ruben's website.

Kinda odd. Why not just tab between the applications, or run them tiled? I don’t see how this saves you any real estate at all.
