Autodesk acquires Numenus raytracing technology

Autodesk announced that it has acquired certain technology-related assets from Numenus, a Germany-based company that specializes in interactive rendering directly from NURBS data. According to the press release, Autodesk software users "should gain more accurate visualization of surfaces and spend less time preparing quality visualization data". Read the whole PR at Autodesk.
