Mari 1.1 for Windows is out

The Foundry has announced the release of Mari 1.1 for Windows and Linux. The latest version of the 3D texture painting software offers: significant optimizations (up to 20-30x faster in some scenes), FBX camera import and calibrated camera workflow, perspective camera view, enhanced selection modes, four new shader modules (Ambient Occlusion, Masked Constant Color, Masked Diffuse Blend and Normal), etc. Read the complete list of changes (PDF) and visit Mari pages at The Foundry for more.

This is ridiculous!
Works only Nvidia Cards,that´s so ridiculous!

Actually, the ones responsible for it are the folks at The Foundry. Keep in mind they’re a small company, so they’re probably stretching themselves already to cover Linux and Windows versions. I’m sure they would like to offer compatibility with as wide a range as possible of graphics cards. Maybe they even have such plans for the future. Have you tried emailing them?
