Study links night-time electronic media use to sleep disorders

Using PCs, cell phones and other electronic devices late at night has been linked to sleep disorders in a recent study on children. The activities stimulate the brain and depress normal sleep cycles. According to one of the authors, reading books late at night does help promote sleep. More at Ohio's Mount Carmel Health.
