Autodesk acquires Illuminate Labs

Autodesk has acquired Swedish company Illuminate Labs, developers of lighting technology for game development. Autodesk anticipates that Beast middleware will continue to be licensed as a standalone software, and plans to incorporate the Turtle plugin for Maya into future offerings.
