You Tube expands video rentals service, Vimeo announces online film festival

Film and video distribution keeps changing thanks to the Net. You Tube is expanding its video rentals service in the US and is planning worldwide coverage. Vimeo has recently announced a new online festival, awards included. Guess where new films will start premiering soon.
