Toon Boom announces Animate 2

New features in Toon Boom's traditional animation software include: fast distribution of character parts to layers, easy adjustment of velocity on multiple character parts, ability to create richer-looking ambiance, fully-featured SWF export with effects, direct import of scanned drawings (TWAIN), text capability.
